About this role

The Test & Evaluation Engineering Manager 2 leads the System Integration Lab Infrastructure, Architecture, and HW/SW development integration test team in Palmdale, CA. This leadership role oversees lab operations, maintenance, staffing, planning, and test execution while managing a team of engineers. The position requires a highly motivated individual with relevant IT and/or SIL test and operations experience to support revolutionary systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee execution of IFC efforts and manage test team in dynamic lab environment
Develop robust nominal and off-nominal software test procedures and lead formal execution
Manage budget, schedule status, and asset utilization for T&E appointed networks
