Test Lead

This role involves owning and driving the test strategy and execution for a new family of Programmable Logic devices, collaborating with design and manufacturing teams to develop efficient test solutions. The position requires defining DFT strategies, designing ATE hardware, and generating test programs to ensure product quality and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will work in a cross-functional environment to debug silicon issues and release test solutions to volume production.
