Test Management Office (TMO) Lead

The Test Management Office (TMO) Lead will establish and lead the enterprise Testing & Release Management function within the GCC, driving governance across demand management, release planning, quality engineering, and continuous improvement. This role defines enterprise testing and release strategies, standardizes governance frameworks, and ensures predictable, high-quality delivery of technology initiatives. The position requires close collaboration with business leaders, product owners, and global stakeholders to foster a culture of quality and operational excellence.
