The Testing and Commissioning - SCADA Lead will lead the coordination of design, procurement, installation, and commissioning activities for rail infrastructure systems. This role ensures the integration of SCADA with other critical systems like signaling and traffic control while managing testing phases and stakeholder communication. The position requires overseeing the full lifecycle from design coordination through final handover to ensure operational readiness and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead coordination of design, procurement, and commissioning activities for assigned systems
Ensure integration of SCADA with signaling, electrical, and traffic control systems
Manage Factory and Site Acceptance Testing procedures and witness functionality verification
Resolve non-conformity reports and interface issues between vendors and systems
Coordinate final documentation including operation manuals and as-built drawings
