About this role

The Testing Coordinator at GLIDE serves as the lead laboratory technician overseeing day-to-day HIV, Hepatitis C, and STI testing operations in both on-site and community-based settings. The role ensures accurate and compliant delivery of CLIA-waived and moderate complexity tests, including phlebotomy, specimen processing, and documentation. This position also manages data and reporting requirements, maintains supply inventories, and supports research-related specimen activities. The coordinator works closely with internal teams and community partners to support citywide testing efforts and linkage to care within a harm reduction framework.
