Testing Manager

The Testing Manager - Aftermarket Service oversees testing of completed products in the shop and in the field to ensure systems, equipment, and components meet design specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements prior to shipment. The role leads multidisciplinary teams responsible for Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and commissioning activities and coordinates with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Field Service stakeholders. This position supports continuous improvement, compliance, and customer satisfaction within a manufacturing environment headquartered in Houston, TX.
