Textile Development Professional - Apparel

This role focuses on product development and new technology platforms to expand the Apparel SBU, with a specific emphasis on the flame resistant textile market. The position involves leading end-to-end development of woven textile products from concept through commercialization, translating lab concepts into manufacturable specifications, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver successful launches. The Development Engineer will work with business and manufacturing partners to create and launch new products while providing technical leadership and mentorship.
