TFO Project Manager - Data Center Construction

KALCON is seeking an experienced Tenant Fit-Out (TFO) Project Manager to serve as an Owner’s Representative on newly constructed data center facilities. This role supports the Tenant Fit-Out phase of data center delivery, focusing on the installation, integration, and turnover of tenant-specific infrastructure within a brand-new facility. The position interfaces closely with base build teams, general contractors, and commissioning agents to ensure tenant scopes are delivered in alignment with design intent, schedule milestones, and operational requirements.
