The Theater & Performance Lighting Team Lead at New Era Technology manages and develops the lighting team while overseeing technical execution, client engagement, and vendor/subcontractor relationships for theatrical and event lighting projects. The role combines field and office responsibilities, supports business development and organizational strategy, and serves as a subject matter expert and technical advisor.
