About this role
A Cinemark Team Member provides a welcoming, customer-focused experience for movie guests and supports daily theatre operations. The role interacts with guests at the box office, concessions, and auditorium entrances, helps maintain theatre cleanliness and safety, and contributes to overall presentation and service quality. Team Members may cross-function across ushering, ticketing, and concession duties as staffing needs require.
