Therapeutic Behavioral Services Provider

The role involves collaborating with classroom staff, case managers, and families to stabilize and de‑escalate youth exhibiting crisis behaviors, providing individual and group psychotherapy, therapeutic behavioral services, and community psychiatric support as needed. The provider will also participate in treatment planning, crisis intervention, and transportation of clients while adhering to agency policies and trauma‑informed practices.
