The START Therapeutic Coach provides in-home therapeutic support for people with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) and co-occurring behavioral health conditions using the START model. The role focuses on promoting independence, community living, and treatment optimization by coaching caregivers, conducting assessments, and coordinating with the START team. It represents the START program to families, professionals, and the community.
