The Therapeutic Community Service Manager will lead a 69-bed therapeutic community at HMP Holme House, providing visible, value-led leadership and ensuring the integrity and quality of the TC model within a custodial setting. The role focuses on operational management, staff development and partnership working to deliver therapeutic outcomes for residents.
