Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) Program Supervisor

CarePros is seeking a Therapeutic Foster Care Program Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of TFC placements and Family-Based programs in Edmonton, Alberta. The role involves leading, coaching, and mentoring frontline Child and Youth Care Workers while ensuring high standards of care for youth with complex behavioral needs and trauma. The supervisor will manage safety plans, respond to crisis situations, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support families and youth.
