Therapeutic Group Home Manager

The Therapeutic Group Home Manager provides leadership to Mental Health Workers to ensure a safe, trauma-informed care environment at Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch. As a key member of the Leadership Team, the role involves partnering with other leaders to uphold the organization's mission and values while working toward strategic goals. The position also serves as the primary contact for outside agencies, partners, and youth families.
