Shore Educational Collaborative
Shore Educational Collaborative is seeking a Therapeutic High School Teacher to provide individualized, 1:1 instruction to high school students with disabilities in a therapeutic educational program. The role focuses on re-engaging students with educational gaps due to mental health concerns through flexible schedules, community coaching, and experience-based learning. Teachers will develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) while fostering a supportive, trauma-informed environment that promotes student ownership of their learning.
