Therapeutic Recreation Intern (Recreation Assistant)

Mecklenburg County is seeking a Therapeutic Recreation Intern to join the Therapeutic and Inclusive Recreation Services department for a 14-week minimum internship. The role involves assisting in the organization, instruction, and facilitation of therapeutic and adapted recreation programs for diverse age groups and abilities. Interns will cross-train within Therapeutic Recreation or Inclusion Services teams to develop essential job task skills.
