Therapeutic Recreation Specialist

This position is responsible for developing treatment plans, implementing and evaluating recreation therapy interventions, and ensuring safe and appropriate therapeutic services are provided. The role involves assessing patients, establishing treatment goals, and collaborating with the treatment team to modify plans and develop discharge strategies. Staff must demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to manage safety and crisis situations while providing age-appropriate care.
