Therapeutic Youth Support

The Therapeutic Youth Support role provides in‑home and community‑based services to children and adolescents up to age 21, helping them develop age‑appropriate behaviors, communication, and problem‑solving skills. The position involves engaging youth in activities, coordinating treatment plans, offering crisis and non‑crisis coaching, and transporting clients as needed, while working within a collaborative, supervised team environment.
