Therapist 2 – Centralized Float (TCF)

The Therapist 2 – Centralized Float serves as a regional clinical resource, leading interdisciplinary collaboration to develop, coordinate, and deliver therapeutic interventions for patients and their support systems across multiple locations throughout Wisconsin. This role requires travel and coverage across locations throughout the state to ensure continuity of care, with assignments ranging from a single day to several weeks. The position involves providing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and substance use disorder treatment, to support patient stabilization and recovery.
