Therapist - Eating Disorder (Remote - Maryland)

The Licensed Therapist for Eating Disorders at Equip is responsible for delivering evidence-based therapy to patients with eating disorders, both individually and within groups, utilizing modalities such as Family-Based Treatment (FBT) and Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT-E) in a remote setting. This role requires the therapist to maintain a caseload of 30-40 patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team, ensuring continuity of care through comprehensive assessments and effective communication. Applicants must hold an active license to practice psychotherapy in Maryland and be prepared to work two evenings per week to accommodate patient needs across different time zones.
