About this role
Therapist in an acute care behavioral health setting responsible for leading interdisciplinary collaboration to develop and coordinate direct social services interventions for assigned patients and support systems. Uses empirically supported therapies such as CBT, DBT, and family therapy to support stabilization and recovery across inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. Works to create a safe, therapeutic environment and supports system initiatives and clinical operations as directed.
