Porch Light Health is seeking an independently licensed therapist to join their clinical team in Boulder and Longmont, CO. The role involves facilitating outpatient therapy, including individual and group sessions, as well as screening, referring patients, and developing evidence-based programs for substance use and mental health care. Therapists will work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting utilizing both in-person and telehealth services across multiple sites.
