Therapist

The Therapist provides individual, family, and group counseling and psychotherapy to a caseload that may include clients with severe mental illness and substance use disorders. Working under a Clinical Supervisor/Manager, the role involves developing treatment plans, responding to mental health emergencies, coordinating community resources, and maintaining documentation and licensing requirements.
