Therapist

This professional position provides immediate, on-site behavioral health crisis intervention services to individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, and emotional distress crises in the community. The therapist works within a collaborative team to assess needs, provide support, determine appropriate interventions including de-escalation and safety planning, and refer clients to additional services. The role requires the therapist to be mobile and respond to calls across a variety of community settings.
