Therapist

The Therapist role within RiseBoro's Functional Family Therapy - Adult program delivers strength-based, evidence-informed interventions aimed at reducing community and interpersonal violence. This position involves conducting home-based, virtual, or office family therapy sessions, managing a caseload, and providing clinical and concrete services to young adults and their families. The role requires active participation in a therapy team, supervision of case managers, and adherence to the FFT-A model to nurture hope and strengthen relationships.
