Therapist

The Therapist provides client-centered behavioral health support and programming to community members, operating under the supervision of the Vice President of Behavioral Health. This role involves delivering in-person and virtual services using a trauma-informed approach to promote client engagement, emotional well-being, and connection to supportive resources. The position requires creating a safe environment, building trusting relationships, and monitoring client progress.
