Therapist

The Therapist provides trauma-informed, community-based mental health services to individuals and families through assessment, therapeutic intervention, care coordination, and group facilitation. The role involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, meeting productivity and billing requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and engaging in ongoing professional development. Services are delivered at CCAC sites, in the community, or via telehealth.
