Therapist

The Therapist serves as the primary therapist and coordinates all treatment services through the provision of direct counseling to residents at New Hope Treatment Centers. This role involves conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing trauma-informed care to adolescents with behavioral health needs. The position requires maintaining accurate clinical documentation, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and engaging families in the treatment and discharge planning process.
