Therapist

The Therapist provides client care activities and group therapy as directed by the clinical leadership team. This role involves collaborating with the Treatment Team to formulate Master Treatment Plans and assisting in coordinating discharge planning. The position requires performing individual and group therapy sessions while documenting client progress and responding to medical or psychiatric emergencies.
