Therapist

Blackbird Health is seeking a Therapist to deliver high-quality virtual and in-person mental health services to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers. The role involves building meaningful relationships with patients and families, supporting engagement in treatment, and educating them on therapeutic approaches. This position offers multiple employment tracks and requires an active Virginia license in LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
