Therapist

The Therapist position involves planning and coordinating clinical activities for families referred by child welfare agencies, including conducting admissions, assessments, and providing individual and family therapy. The role requires developing Wellness and Recovery Plans, documenting clinical services according to licensing and agency standards, and participating in discharge planning and case conferences. The therapist also provides in-home or on-site therapy, writes progress reports for external agencies, and ensures compliance with HIPAA and professional ethics. This position supports consumers with substance use, mental health, and behavioral diagnoses while utilizing trauma-informed care principles.
