Therapist

As a Therapist, you are responsible for delivering clinical care to adults in treatment for substance use disorders, serious mental illness, and co-occurring conditions. Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, you will carry a caseload of clients from admission through discharge, completing screenings, biopsychosocial assessments, and treatment plans, and updating those plans as each client progresses. You will provide individual and group counseling, meet one on one with clients to guide their treatment goals and aftercare planning, and complete accurate clinical documentation on the same day services are delivered. This is a hands-on clinical role at the center of the treatment team. You will step in during moments of crisis, coordinate care with nursing, case management, and outside referral sources, and contribute as an active member of an interdisciplinary team. We expect our therapists to keep growing in the work, so you will stay current with research and best practices, complete continuing education, maintain good standing with your licensing board, and help train fellow staff when needed.
