Therapy Aide (4831)

The Therapy Aide supports outpatient rehabilitation services by assisting therapists with non-clinical tasks, preparing treatment spaces, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment. This role contributes to efficient patient flow by setting up equipment, assisting with basic patient support activities under direct therapist supervision, and completing routine departmental upkeep. Working closely with therapists and front-desk staff, the Therapy Aide also provides customer service and administrative support by greeting patients, answering phones, assisting with scheduling needs, and creating a welcoming experience for patients and families.
