Therapy Assistant

This role involves working under the direction of Physical and/or Occupational Therapists to provide therapeutic programming aimed at helping clients achieve their discharge goals. The position contributes to the client's quality of life by delivering appropriate interventions to maximize safe, functional independence within a therapy team. The role is part of the Complex Mental Health Care program, supporting adults with complex behaviors, mental illness, dementia, or other cognitive disorders.
