Therapy Assistant

The Therapy Assistant works under the direction of Recreation Therapists to provide therapeutic programming aimed at enhancing clients' life enrichment and recreation goals. This role contributes to improving clients' quality of life by maximizing safety, functional independence, and mental health while reducing boredom. The position is part of a therapy team and reports to a Director of Care.
