The Therapy Development Specialist (TDS) leads downstream marketing execution and venous thromboembolism (VTE) education initiatives within a multi-state region. This position serves as a regional VTE care path expert and key liaison between marketing, sales, clinical teams, and physician customers to enhance therapy awareness and program optimization. The role includes developing and managing education programs, supporting product launches, and engaging key opinion leaders and regional societies. It is predominantly field-based with extensive travel and regular work in hospital procedural environments such as cath labs and operating rooms.
