The Therapy Development Specialist is a field-based role responsible for supporting therapy awareness, program development, and care pathway optimization across assigned hospital accounts. This position partners with physicians, nursing leaders, administrators, and internal cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, strengthen coordination of care, and support adoption of therapy solutions for patients with venous thromboembolism (VTE). The role serves as a strategic partner to advance clinical and operational initiatives within targeted health systems.
