The Therapy GM leads the behavioral health arm of Nourish's integrated metabolic health clinic, owning the therapy business end-to-end from strategy to execution. This role involves managing P&L ownership, aligning cross-functional teams, and building the operating model to scale therapy initiatives. The position requires a strategic and analytical leader to drive clinical innovation, product development, and operational excellence.
