Thermal Customer Engineer

The Thermal Customer Engineer is responsible for maintenance and emergency repairs of Vertiv’s thermal management products and other contracted systems, while building strong relationships with customers, sales managers, and distributors. The role involves responding to service calls, ensuring safety and compliance, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
