Thermal Customer Engineer

The Thermal Customer Engineer is responsible for the maintenance and emergency repairs of Vertiv’s Thermal Management products and other contracted systems. This role requires establishing and maintaining excellent rapport with customers, sales managers, and distributors while ensuring ongoing communication with scheduling teams and department managers. The position involves responding professionally to service calls, adhering to safety policies, and maintaining high completion rates for planned maintenance.
