About this role

Everpure is seeking a Thermal Mechanical Engineer to lead the thermal and mechanical architecture of DirectFlash Modules (DFMs) in their data storage solutions. This role involves designing next-generation in-house systems, performing advanced thermal simulations using CFD tools, and partnering with JDMs to integrate components into new platforms. The ideal candidate will own the design lifecycle from concept through sustaining engineering while collaborating cross-functionally across hardware, product, and test teams.

Responsibilities

Lead thermal and mechanical architecture for DirectFlash Modules
Perform advanced thermal simulations using CFD tools
Drive simulation-to-test correlation for model accuracy
Support system integration with ODM and JDM partners
Own the thermal-mechanical design lifecycle from concept to production
