Thermal Engineering Lead

This role involves specifying, balancing, and validating thermal components for Drive Units and Internal Combustion Engines, including cold plates and cooling lines. The position requires leading engineering projects with minimal supervision, collaborating with internal and supplier teams, and ensuring designs meet performance and compliance requirements. The engineer will also manage complex test programs, resolve warranty issues, and support product development throughout the Global Powertrain Development Process.
