Thermal Management Engineering Team Lead

This role leads and develops the local Thermal Management engineering team in Pune and/or Chakan, overseeing the engineering execution of Chilled Water products including chillers, CRAH, and Thermal Wall solutions. The position supports new product development from concept to launch, coordinates sustaining engineering activities, and ensures alignment with global engineering strategies and standards. It involves providing technical leadership on thermodynamic design, driving key technical decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product industrialization and manufacturing readiness.
