Thermal Processing Operator

This role is responsible for operating thermal processing equipment, including heat treat and ageing furnaces, quench tanks, and data recording devices, to ensure parts are processed according to work order specifications. The position involves monitoring furnace temperatures and cycle times, performing hardness and conductivity checks, and maintaining part traceability throughout the manufacturing process. The employee must adhere to quality standards and report any non-conformances immediately.
