Thermal Technical Trainer

This combined role focuses on managing technical issue resolution while also ensuring effective training across the services teams. The position involves providing product and procedural training for Vertiv Thermal Management and 3rd party products to staff and customers, alongside delivering second-level technical support. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, partners, and customers to ensure competent and safe task completion across the EMEA region.
