The Thermally Fused Laminate Operator Trainee position involves learning to safely and efficiently operate lamination manufacturing equipment and associated machinery. The role requires understanding computer software for production lines, performing routine maintenance, and identifying conditions that impact quality or uptime. Trainees will also assist maintenance personnel with troubleshooting and repairs to support continuous operations.
