Thermoforming Operator Assistant

The Thermoforming Operator Assistant supports plant activities by assisting in the setup, operation, and maintenance of thermoforming machines to ensure efficient production. This role is responsible for staging materials, monitoring machine performance, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining production targets. The assistant also handles roll changes, real-time scanning of roll labels, documenting downtime, and ensuring all required paperwork is completed. Additionally, they support quality inspections, assist with in-line re-inspections, and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards.
