The Think Big Intern – Heavy Equipment is a two‑year paid apprenticeship that alternates between classroom study at South Georgia Technical College and hands‑on experience at Yancey Bros. Co. Interns learn diesel, electronics, and hydraulics, maintain a B‑average, and gain practical field skills toward an Associate Degree and potential full‑time employment.
