Third Cook - Retail (Auxiliary)

The Third Cook prepares and cooks a variety of menu items, including main courses, pastries, salads, and specialty dishes, for large‑scale service in the UBC Food Services retail environment. The role involves maintaining inventory, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards, and providing short‑order cooking and customer service as needed. The position reports to a supervisor or manager and works under general supervision.
